We have been getting umpteen complaints that one Mr. Rajat Kapoor of Delhi has been posing as a bonafide Jyotish Guru of SJC and later when he was exposed, he is now selling materials obtained from theft by hacking the websites of Pt. Sanjay Rath, SoHamsa, Parasara Jyotish Course and the Jaimini Scholar Program. The Public is hereby warned to report any material received from him as this is stolen from SJC/allied offices websites. Matter is currently under investigation. If anyone has any further information, you are requested to send this to sarbani.rath@thejyotishdigest.com

Dear Bala Rupa Dasa aka Rajat Kapoor,
It has come to my attention that you are not only using mine and Rafał Gendarz names to support you astrology business, but that you are claiming to have learned and are continually learning the Jaimini Sutras from me! Considering that you have not even learned the 1st year of Jaimini from me, and solely attained slides, which were purposely fabricated to avoid people like you stealing them, I think that is highly optimistic of you!
It has further come to my attention that you are going to be teaching a new course soon! Knowing that the sole source of your information and knowledge are the teachings of Sanjay Rath, whom you have disrespected by trying to steal copyrighted slides and recordings from, or trick knowledge out of his students, this message serves to ensure that anyone interacting with you are not fooled.
I hereby denounce any linkage to you. You are not a student of mine, nor of any teacher of Sri Jagannātha Centre, Deva Guru Bṛhaspati Centre, or courses on the the Jaimini Sutras, or allied organisations, nor will you be. You are not to use the name of Sanjay Rath, Visti Larsen, nor any teacher designated by Sanjay Rath. Nor are you to gain access to any of the courses, knowledge, or anything of the likes.
If you use or replicate any of the material provided by Sanjay Rath in the Jaimini Course, you will be subject to legal action.
If you replicate any material on any online source your website, blogs, etc. it will be subject to a DMCA Take Down.
You have had one year to clean up your act, and instead you are consistently lying and attempting to steal content from courses which are a source of livelihood for others.

A self proclaimed “great astrologer” RAJAT KAPOOR is a complete FRAUD!
(MOST OF MATERIAL in his “readings” and on his website/ blog IS COPY PASTED AND HENCE PLAGIARIZED FROM OTHER SOURCES AND LEGAL PROCEEDINGS WILL SOON FOLLOW FROM THE ORIGINAL AUTHORS OF MUCH OF COPY PASTED MATERIAL HERE)
Do NOT bother spending any of your time or money with him!!
He claims to have knowledge of this of that, most of it is completely false.
On website Jyotish.tribe.net, he was exposed for shamelessly propagating his own website.

He claims to unsuspecting people that the chart requires “Serious remedies” and it is a very “serious situation”
Then he posts some very basic predictions which just :”sound” complicated to impress people that he very knowledgable.
I have personally given him 3 different questions about me, my friend and my family member all of whom had some problems.
He was incorrect in 99% of the readings. even the correct 1% were completely generic and not even predictions.
He is falsely glorifying his inadequate knowledge and experience and wants to make quick money.
He has recently hijacked some free public websites like jyotish.tribe.net to shamelessly propagate his own “Blog” where he copy pastes computer outputs to gain futher “Paid” readings from unsuspecting people who are suffering in some form in life and gain money from them
KEEP AWAY and SPREAD the WORD!!
Lets root out evil, greedy, selfish people like Mr Rajat Kapoor who are shamelessly propagating their own cause to extract money from people!! There is nothing wrong in making money as an astrologer if you deserve it, HOWEVER, shameless self propagation is un-ethical, immoral and completely un-acceptable behavior!

You are writing in sarcastic mood (about Sri Jagannath Centre school) in Jyotish_Remedies Yahoogroup as follows:

You will be amazed to know that C S Patel ji was badly hurt by use of his material and principles, that he didn’t write any book for more than 30 years. Lot of Arudha principles which are said to be invented/ found by certain astrologers (I will not name them but most of the people will understand what I’m saying) were stolen by them. One European Astrologer met Patel ji once and took his notes of Nadi principles of Patel ji and now it is a part of his own findings”.
You are referring to stealing things ©right? I was keeping silent through most of your messages, but when you start to criticize others and refer to copyright issues, I cant keep silent, as this is not only absurd but also kind of evil.
I want to warn others against you.
90% of rules you are using – like this –
“Remedies to this is to chant “Om Namo Bhagvate Rudraya” and “Om Hram Ghrinih Varunaya Namah”
– are based on what I taught you (so coming from Śri Jagannath Centre) in time you were my student, few other parts are based on Visti Larsen articles/lectures and Sanjay Rath’s books.
These people are coming from the tradition you are constantly criticizing. You do it presumably as reaction for exposing your actions regarding astrology and your way of marketing.
To the rules taugth in the line of Sanjay Rath you are adding few other sources/references (including Saptarishi authors) to present yourself as original inventor or as if you are not using the Sri Jagannath Center knowledge. Criticizing indirectly the source of 90% of your astrological knowledge you use in chart readings is quite absurd in light of fact that you:
have tried to lead the Astro-Course based on the slides taken from the first year of Jamini Sutra taught by Visti Larsen (see the link below for more details), in the line of Sanjay Rath, without refering to the source, and without allowance and demanded quallifications
you have put on your site the articles which were PURELY copied from other sources, you never gave these sources which suggested these are your articles, Me and Vistiji have contacted you many times to change your approach, but you never did
you have copied on your site, 70% of my site, including Consultations services, Biography etc, now after Visti Larsen published the ‘Open Letter to Rajat Kapoor’ you have changed it
